Tips
Here are some tips that will help me process your order smoothly
(and faster!)
1. Name your image file(s) with your groups name for example – Faceplantindy1.PSD and Faceplantindy2.PSD. If you and everyone else sends me a document titled patches.psd it makes it harder for me to find your document!
2. When using Pay Pal – Make sure that you send me your shipping address if your Pay Pal account doesn’t have it attached in your profile details. I’ll send the buttons to whatever is in your account so if its not up to date the people at your old address will love your patches!
3. When using Pay Pal Part Two – In the section where you can put a comment while sending the payment put your groups name. This helps me get to your patches right away when I get multiple payments at one time.
4. When using Pay Pal Part Three - Don't send an order to my pay pal account e-mail regarding your order only send e-mails to gnat (at) Faceplantindy (dot) com.
General Tips
1. When mailing cash, a check or a money order make sure that you safely conceal the money. To make sure that your money is safe hold the envelope up to your favorite lamp, if you can see the cash, the amount on the check or money order then your money is not safe! Cheap envelopes are like this so you can do one of two things wrap the money in computer paper or an old birthday card OR buy a set of special secure envelopes. The USPS have been kind and not stolen anything but times are tough and you never know!
Apply these tips to your order and you’ll be getting your patches faster!
Thanks!
